My Camera

My camera is at the camera hospital!! I think that the issues I was having with Focusing had to do with my camera needing to be calibrated. I was having the same issues with both of my lenses, so I took my camera into Canon last week. Hopefully I'll get it back early next week. Keep your fingers crossed that it's all better!!

Elbow Falls

We went out to Elbow Falls last weekend, here's one of the images I took. I'm having problems with focusing so most of them didn't turn out. I'll have to figure out what the issue is....maybe I'll just get a new lens!!!

Class Pictures

With class on Thursday I went to the U of C to take night and low light pictures. For the first half of the night we had to try and focus right in on what caught our eye and take everything else out of the picture so the viewer wouldn't know what it actually was. The 2nd half was spent taking pictures of some of the sculptures outside, and painting with light.

Welcome to my Blog!!! I've been wanting to do this for a while and am so excited that I finally have. I'm just getting into photography and thought that having to post new pictures at least once a week would push me to practice, practice, practice! I hope you enjoy!!

I took these pictures for the Night and Low Light Photography class I have been taking at SAIT. It's the 4th out of 8 classes that I'm working on to get my photography certificate.
